Export names to CSV [Excel Spreadsheet]

Hello! I'm a rookie programmer trying to build a program for a client. I'm pretty much done building it, but he wants the names entered in the log in screen to be exported to an excel/csv spreadsheet. http://i.imgur.com/caCw5ge.png

I was given MDM Zinc 4.0 to do this, but the code I was given is for an older version of Zinc and there're no tutorials or tech support for this program. It has to be local, so I can't use PHP.

Is there anyway I can do that? If you have tutorials that could be useful, that would be appreciated.
